Lovell & Mercier, Inc. (L&M) specializes in providing Professional Services to Serena Dimensions CM and Dimensions RM users. In recognition of their outstanding performance, L&M was presented with the "Top Professional Services Provider, North America" Award from Serena.
Services offered by L&M span the entire spectrum of Dimensions CM and Dimensions RM. We can assist in pre-sales assessments and evaluations, Dimensions installations and upgrades, customized Dimensions training, best practice implementations, custom user interface development, and data migrations from other third-party tools into Dimensions.
L&M has the ability to develop interfaces to Dimensions CM that highly leverage both the Dimensions Administration staff as well the end user community. Our current list of Accelerators include: Change and Release Management Automation Accelerator (CRMA-ACC), Dimensions Administration Accelerator (DA-ACC), Dimensions Helpdesk Accelerator (DH-ACC).
